Picture yourself duriing a beautiful evening, after a bright summer day,

with the will to gather with your loved ones to enjoy a moment of sharing.

...It is in this environement that ZEST makes all its sense.

At the time, it was the drink of the house, reserved to special occasions, for friends and family. It was a must, which was part of the experience and would shine light on the uniqueness of French Riviera products.

Today, the will to go beyond south of France brought us to rethink the recipe to share it with the world. We refined it, added subtilities and updated it to meet today's world expectations : with local, seasonal, organic and quality products.

Our production is based in Menton (French Rivierra), the agrumes capitale. It is among agrumes trees that our precious drink assembles and defines itself.

With fruits produced and harvested right on-site,
ZEST is in the ideal conditions to restitue agrumes' aromatic power, assembled with wine and spices.

How is it made ?

By the alliance of fruits and wine, ZEST is matured with alcohol and spices, for fruits to have the time to express their flavours.

What are the ingredients ?

White wine (Chardonnay), fruits, alcohol, spices, bit of sugar and a whole lotta love. All our ingredients are sourced from organic farming and are 100% natural.

How to drink ?

Best served fresh (with 1 or 2 ice cubes), for every festive moment, straight or in cocktail.
Best served in good company !

COCKTAILS RECIPES

ZEST Tonic

- 7 cl of ZEST Lemon & Ginger
- 10 cl of Tonic Water
- Few drops of lime
- 2-3 Ice cubes

In the glass, pour the ZEST before adding ice cubes, tonic and lime juice.
Finalise by adding a slice of fresh fruit or aromates (ex: thym, basilic, mint...).

Best served in good company !

ZEST Spritz

- 7 cl of ZEST Orange (1/3)
- 14 cl of sparkling white wine (2/3)
- 1 stoke of sparkling water
- 1 slice of fresh fruit
- 1 bath of ice

In the glass, pour the Directement dans le verre, versez le ZEST before adding ice, sparkling white wine and the stroke of sparkling water. Toss and garnish with a nice orange slice. (If you wish, you can also add a stroke of sugar sirup.)

ZEST Frozen

- 7 cl of ZEST Pomelo
- 2 cl of Vodka (or gin)
- 14 cl of frozen crushed lemonade (or crushed ice + lemonade)
- 1cl of grapefruit or sugar sirup
- Couple drops of pomelo, grapefruit, or lime.

In the glass, pour the ZEST before adding the vodka, the sirup, the crushed frozen lemonade (or ice + lemonade). You can also replace the frozen lemonade by your favorite sorbet !
